The KLS-75 Capsule Filling Machine is a tamping-style intermittent motion capsule filler with a maximum production rate of 75,000 capsules per hour. The KLS-75 is equipped with state-of-the-art safety features, time-saving mechanical designs and an easy-to-use control system.  Spare parts and tooling are engineered and machined to tight tolerances and polished to smooth finishes.  Tool-less lock-down handles and an open-space design allow for fast changeovers.  The main motor, indexing drives and vacuum pump are robust, precise and durable. Integrated auxiliary equipment is available to help with automatic powder loading, automatic empty capsule loading, dust collection and capsule polishing.
