Vertical Capsule Polisher
The KLS-VCP-000 Capsule Polisher polishes up to 300,000 capsules per hour. The vertical design allows for a 38.5” discharge height so polished capsules can discharge directly into a metal check or other packaging device.
The KLS-VCP-000 comes standard with an empty capsule eliminator that uses compressed air to separate low-weight and empty capsules into the collection hopper and away from the filled capsules.
The polisher is fully integrated with the KLS-225 Capsule Filling Machine, automatically turns on when the capsule machine enters Run Mode and can be controlled via the KLS-225 HMI. The KLS-VCP-000 can also be sold separately and plugged into a regular 110v outlet and controlled via the controls on the base of the capsule polisher.
Automatic Powder Loader
The KLS Automatic Powder Loader uses pneumatic pressure to move powder into the powder hopper on top of the KLS-225 Capsule Filling Machine.
A simple control system allows for the operator to determine the time of charge and the time of discharge to set the pace for powder loading.
The KLS-APL-000 is integrated with the KLS-225 Capsule Filling Machine and is efficient and effective to use.
With high-speed capsule production, automatic powder loaders are imperative to free up operators to focus on more important tasks.
Automatic Capsule Loader
The KLS Automatic Capsule Loader uses pneumatic pressure to move capsules into the capsule hopper on top of the KLS-225 Capsule Filling Machine.

Industrial Dust Collector
The KLS Industrial Dust Collector removes excess dust and powder from the KLS-225 Capsule Filling Machine.
The KLS-IDC is designed to connect compressed air to the unit so a pulse of air pressure cleans the filters allowing for longer run time between filter change and cleaning.
The KLS-IDC is integrated with the KLS-225 Capsule Filling Machine and automatically turns on when the KLS-225 enters Run Mode. Three large filters are located inside the KLS-IDC and there is a large and easily removable powder/dust catch basin.
By removing the excess dust and powder in the capsule filling machine, the KLS-IDC extends the life of wear parts in the KLS-225.
Dust Collection Cyclone
The KLS Dust Collection Cyclone catches dust and excess powder before it gets to the KLS-IDC-000 dust collector. This protects the dust collector filters and allows for recycling of powder.
The 10 gallon collection bucket sits on caster wheels and is designed with a sight window to allow operators to see powder build up which can help let the operator know if adjustments may be needed on the KL225 Capsule Filling Machine.
